Online Application for virtual library clearance is a two (2) step process:

1. Joining Librarika ILS
2. Applying or requesting for virtual library clearance

Please refer to the guides for each step for a successful application.

Please note also that STEP 2 will not work unless STEP 1 is successfully completed.
