Customer Survey has closed.

New data (new online applicants) will be processed from March 10 until March 12. Meanwhile, those students who have submitted their data last semester have been sent with their respective clearances as of March 9.

Those who have not received their clearances may check with the Library Staff the email address you have in the transmittal. Common details rejected by the system are wrong email addresses, missing email addresses, missing LC numbers and too often changes in email addresses.

Manual clearing will start on March 13, 2018. Please bring your LC and settle your accountability (if any).
